This policy describes Light Route, published by Chaopin Sun.

Information in the app

Light Route works offline. The app does not collect or transmit personal information to the developer. It has no accounts, advertising, tracking, analytics SDKs or in-app purchases. It does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos or location.

Local storage

The app stores only your unfinished puzzle (puzzle number and mirror positions) and segment-tracing preference in its local settings. Completing a puzzle removes its unfinished save. Completed games and completion marks are not saved. Undo history lasts only for the current session.

You can reset the current board in the app. Deleting the app removes its local data under normal iOS behavior; offloading is not deletion. Device backups and any restoration of app data are controlled by your operating system and backup settings. The developer cannot access these local settings through the app.

Support email

If you email support, Chaopin Sun and the email service providers receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use that information to answer and resolve your request, not for advertising. Please do not send passwords or sensitive information. Correspondence is retained only as needed to handle the request and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion by email, subject to those obligations.

Children

The app does not collect personal information from children or other players. If you believe a child has provided personal information in a support email, contact us to request its deletion.

Website and changes

These pages use no analytics scripts, cookies, external fonts or embedded third-party content. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical request information, such as your IP address and request headers, to deliver and protect the website. This website hosting is separate from the offline game. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices. We will update this policy if the app or its data practices change.
